Kennedy Kawaguchi

Kennedy Kawaguchi is an associate attorney at Smith Knowles, where her practice focuses on real property law with an emphasis on community association law (HOA). She earned her J.D. from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law in May 2025. While in law school, Kennedy clerked at Smith Knowles, where she gained valuable experience and developed a strong appreciation for the firm’s collaborative and driven legal team. Outside of work, she enjoys running, hiking, and reading.
