Mr. Noel has twice been named among Utah's Legal Elite by Utah Business Magazine (2006,2007). He has taught numerous seminars for the National Business Institute. He is a member of the Utah State and Weber County Bar Associations and varaious sections within those associations. Mr. Noel currently serves as City Attorney for Washington Terrace City and South Weber City (part-time). He is a Barrister in the Rex E. Lee Inn of the American Inns of Court and is an Adjunct Professor of Business and Employment Law at Weber State University.
